ACRO-FIT

A 90-minute class increasing  your body awareness, coordination, balance and strength through acrobatics. Focusing on development in handstand balancing and basic tumbling technique, the fundamentals of momentum, rotation and acrobatic coordination are examined. With an emphasis on increasing muscle control and core strength, students develop toned limbs and stronger abs by using the body in motion, instead of weights and machines. An ideal cross-training program for any workout regimen.

Flexibility & Stretch

This 90-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. Techniques are drawn from circus contortion and dance training. This class is ideal for circus performers, dancers, martial artists, yogis, athletes, and anyone else who would like to open up their body to a new way of moving.

Juggling

From absolute beginner to advanced performer this 1 hour class will increase your pattern vocabulary or simply teach you to juggle 3 Balls. All levels welcome.

Open Juggling

Meet up with jugglers of all skill levels from absolute beginner to advanced performer to practice,  learn new tricks and throw things at each other. All levels welcome.

Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm.


Pilates Group Class (Mat)

This 60 minute class focuses on core strengthening, improving flexibility, gaining greater coordination and improving proper posture/alignment.  ($15)

All levels welcome.



TRX Suspension Training

Using the TRX exercise apparatus developed by an ex Navy Seal, David Brainin designed this class with the guidelines of Suspension Training and other core intensive exercises. Every exercise can be modulated to match the intensity that each individual fitness level can tolerate, making this workout adequate to every and any body.


The class routines will develop dynamic flexibility, aerobic capacity, strength and power with each person using their own TRX system. The focus is on functional movements that use our bodies as a whole and develop strength and power from the inside out. The goal is to develop the muscles that create stability and balance to the same level of strength as our exterior movement muscles. You will have fun at the same time that you get stronger that you ever imagined.

A 6 class Cirque 101 package is $120 ($20/class).


Juggling - $17.


A Cirque 101: Flip, Flex and Fly package can be used for any combination of Acro-Fit, Stretch, or Aerial Fitness classes.


Privates ($90), Duos ($100), Trios ($120) and Party lessons are available upon request.
