ACRO-FIT
A 90-minute class increasing your body awareness, coordination, balance and strength through acrobatics. Focusing on development in handstand balancing and basic tumbling technique, the fundamentals of momentum, rotation and acrobatic coordination are examined. With an emphasis on increasing muscle control and core strength, students develop toned limbs and stronger abs by using the body in motion, instead of weights and machines. An ideal cross-training program for any workout regimen. No pre-requisite.

Flexibility & Stretch
This 90-minute class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. Techniques are drawn from circus contortion and dance training. This class is ideal for circus performers, dancers, martial artists, yogis, athletes, and anyone else who would like to open up their body to a new way of moving. No pre-requisite.

Beginning Contortion Tricks
This class is for the intermediate/advanced flexibility student ready to take her or his stretching to the next level. Students will develop their back, leg, hip, and shoulder flexibility through assisted stretches, then learn to use that range of motion in contortion movements and poses. Special attention will be given to developing the strength and technique to support the body during extreme bending. The class requires familiarity with stretching and a preexisting fitness level; must be able to comfortably do splits and bridges.($35 per class or use your Tricks package)

Handbalancing
Students will learn how to find their correct alignment, balance and control while in the hand stand. Intermediate to Advanced students will have their hand stand form corrected to help learn to press up and find varied positions of keeping their balance from straight to contorted as well as levers and other staples of hand balancing. No pre-requisite. ($35 per class or use your Tricks package)

Dance for Anybody with Any Body
Cirque School dance classes are for everyone from the absolute beginner to the serious dancer. The movement skills taught in Dance for Anybody are an essential part of circus theatre, helping with body awareness, flexibility, extension, line, and balance. Your performance chops will get a workout as well! Class begins with a ballet barre warm up and then transitions into movement technique's from contemporary, jazz and lyrical. Come learn from a variety of expert teachers who have created a class just for you. No pre-requisite. ($20 per class ; can use your Cirque 101 package)

Juggling
From absolute beginner to advanced performer this 1 hour class will increase your pattern vocabulary or simply teach you to juggle 3 Balls. All levels welcome.

Single class - $25.

A 6 class Cirque 101 package is $120 ($20/class).
Juggling - $17.
A Cirque 101: Flip, Flex and Fly package can be used for any combination of Acro-Fit, Stretch, or Aerial Fitness classes.
Privates ($90), Duos ($100), Trios ($120) and Party lessons are available upon request.
