How to USe our Online Scheduling System
Creating an Account & Purchasing a Class for the First Time
1) Go to the schedule page of our site: http://www.cirqueschoolla.com/Schedule.html
2) Click on the asterisk for the class you would like to sign up for (this will take you into our scheduling software)
3) In the panel on the right, below where it says 'First-Time Users', fill in all the information.
4) CLICK 'continue'
**) Now you have an account and are logged in.
5a) If you would like to purchase your selected class with a credit card, enter payment information in the box on the lower right and CLICK ‘finalize appointment’
5b) If you would like to purchase a package and use it towards a class, follow the instructions below for purchasing a package.
Purchasing a single class with a credit card.
**) If you do not yet have an account, follow the instructions above to create an account.
**) If have an account already - follow these instructions.
1) Go to the schedule page of our site: http://www.cirqueschoolla.com/Schedule.html
2) CLICK on the asterisk for the class you would like to sign up for (this will take you into our scheduling software)
3)In the panel on the right, enter your login and password.
4)If it is not already filled in, please enter your payment information in the box on the right where it says ‘Payment Information’
5) click ‘finalize appointment’
Purchasing a package
1)Go HERE.
2)At the top of the page, enter your login and password, then click ‘LOGIN’
3) In the right hand column will be a menu that says ‘SELECT PACKAGE TO PURCHASE’ use that menu to select the package you are interested in (e.g. $120 for 6 Ground or Aerial Fit/Dance...)
4) CLICK 'Purchase Package'
5) Enter your payment information and click ‘Process with Credit Card on File’
**) Now you've got a package.
9) After having purchased a package, In the menu on the left, below 'Class Locator' select your class.
10) Click the date of the class you would like to register for.
11) After clicking the date, the right side panel should say 'Please select the package, if applicable.' and should list your available, applicable packages.
12) Click Continue
**) Now you are all signed up
Using an existing package towards a class.
1) Go to the schedule page of our site: http://www.cirqueschoolla.com/Schedule.html
2) Click on the asterisk for the class you would like to sign up for (this will take you into our scheduling software)
3)In the panel on the right, enter your login and password.
4)In the panel on the left, CLICK the date of the class you would like to register for.
**) You’ll notice that the right panel now shows ‘Please select the package, if applicable.’
5) Click Continue
**) Now you are all signed up!
Canceling a class I have registered for.
For cancellations more than 24 hours prior to class time follow the instructions below. We typically require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For cancellations within 24 hours, please email info@cirqueschoolla.com.
1) go to our appointment’s page
2)If you are not already logged in - at the top you will see place for your login and password. Enter your login and password there.
3)In the middle of the page, below packages, you will see ‘Existing Appointments’
4)Next to each class you have registered for is a button that says ‘cancel appointment.’
5)Click that button to cancel a registration.
6) If you registered using Visa/MC, email info@cirqueschoolla.com after canceling so we can reverse the charges to your credit card. If you registered using a package, no further action is required.
