Take your team out of the workplace and run away with the circus!
Cirque School Team Building events are for Any Body with Any Body. No prior experience or athletic ability is necessary.
This program was developed for business clients looking for new and unique ways to reward their team while building trust and enhancing communication. Our emphasis on using teamwork to overcome obstacles and achieve goals leaves participants with great memories and solid skills that can be applied to real world challenges.
In Cirque School’s non-competitive, safe environment, coaches will offer basic lessons in the Circus Arts, including Static Trapeze, Low Wire-Walking, Aerial Fabric, and Acrobatics. Coaches emphasize group support, encouraging each person to find where their own natural abilities shine within these new and unfamiliar cirque elements. While participants will experience both great successes and new challenges at these events, they allow team members to appreciate differences and recognize unrecognized strengths – both in themselves and in their coworkers.
Cirque Team Building events are taught by our professional coaches who maintain the highest safety standards at all times.

Take a look at what our clients had to say!
"Cirque School recently facilitated a team-building workshop for Step Up as part of our annual national staff retreat. They did a wonderful job of creating a fun environment that encouraged vulnerability, team support and giggles. Each activity had a fitting tie-in to the themes around teamwork, trust, encouragement, communication and confidence – very fitting for an organization like ours that works to ensure every girl has the opportunity to fulfill her potential!
