FOAM BLOCKS

We love using these blocks to aid or add challenge, to our flexibility & conditioning training. They are comfortable to grip and support all parts of our bodies with just the right firmness. We have 3 colors for you to choose from: Vermillion, Tera-Cotta and Pink. WORKOUT MAT

We love this mat due to its superior traction and density for extra hand and knee comfort and stability. Choose from 4 different styles. RESISTANCE BAND

We love this Thera-Band due to its unique longer & wider dimensions. We have found the longer length is incredibly useful for more full body conditioning drills. This medium-strength band is perfect for all strength levels and we believe is a key tool for every circus performer, dancer, or fitness fanatic.
