SPECIAL EVENTS, PRIVATE PARTIES & TEAM BUILDING
Our circus-inspired events and team building workshops offer a unique way to have fun by bringing people together to try something new. We offer a variety of in-person options that are truly for Any Body with Any Body. No prior experience or athletic ability is necessary. Each event is custom designed to meet your specific needs — whether for work colleagues, families and friends or art schools.
While participants will experience both great successes and new challenges, they also allow them to appreciate differences and recognize unrecognized strengths – both in themselves and in their friends, colleagues and family. Cirque School’s instructors teach within a non-competitive and safe environment, and emphasize group support, encouraging each person to find where their own natural abilities shine within these new and unfamiliar circus elements.
The Details
We host private group events (i.e. birthday parties, bachelorettes, team building, etc) at our specialized circus training facility. For ages 8 and up.
All events must be booked at least 1 month in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Final headcount and payment are due 1 week before the event.
Cirque School events are a great way for guests to learn a medley of circus skills and can include the following: trapeze, silks, juggling, acrobatics, and more!
**Exact skills are subject to change due to coach availability and dependent on the age group & skill level of participants**

Sample Event Schedule
We teach private group events with a safe and structured approach: always beginning with a full group warm up and ending with a full group cool down stretch to ensure bodies remain happy and healthy. All participants must arrive at the scheduled event start time in order to safely participate.
Guests may arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

We kindly ask that you please review our FAQ below before submitting a private event request.

Private parties are booked during the following time slots:
Fridays between 12 - 8PM
Saturdays between 1:30PM - 5PM
Sundays between 10AM - 5PM.
We do not host private events during our regularly scheduled group class time due to limited space and coach availability. The full schedule can be found on our MindBody page.
*Select hours are available for Corporate Team Building Events only Monday-Thursday until 3PM. Please inquire.

Party organizer must provide the following NO LATER THAN 1 week before the event:
The total number of attendees.
All participants are required to fill out our online waiver.
Email Cirque School a list of first and last names of all participants, so we may cross-check waivers were properly completed. And one email/folder with all participants’ proof of vaccination.

We recommend canceling no later than 72 hours prior to your event.
Please keep in mind that your deposit is non-refundable.

Guests may arrive up to 10 minutes before the event and must depart the facility no later than 15 minutes after the event.
CS loves Bolt Cafe, that is 2 doors down from us. They have food, drink, and an outdoor seating area, if you’re looking for a spot to hang out beforehand or afterwards.

Food and cake are NOT permitted in the training facility.
In lieu of a food-related celebration, we set aside time post-lesson to honor the celebrant with our Circus Party Celebration Photo. Bring your cameras, it’s gonna be a hoot!

We do NOT permit outside vendors at this time. We have plenty of decor and entertainment to dazzle your senses.

Athletic-wear like leggings or sweatpants that cover the backs of knees and a t-shirt, tank top, or leotard that can be tucked in.
No jewelry or long “stiletto” nails that can snag or damage yourself or the equipment.
No shoes on the training floor.
Socks are optional.

Yes, we love that! Help Cirque School stay climate-friendly by bringing a reusable water bottle. We have a refilling station.

No, but we do have a gender neutral restroom.

There is 1-hour metered parking available on Hollywood Blvd.
Street parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood along Wilton, Carlton Way, and St. Andrews Pl.
Please allow ample time to find parking before your event.
The closest Metro stop is Hollywood/Western, which is just a block and a half away.

DISNEY TELEVISION STUDIOS - gifted their employees a fun Cirque Fit Workout as part of their weekly wellness program.
