PAST WORKSHOPS
DUO TRAPEZE with Duo Rose
Sunday August 5th $50/ per student. To register please send an email to and if you are new to Cirque School please send a short video of your aerial work to info@cirqueschool.com so we can place you in the correct level workshop.
Beginning Workshop 3:00-4:30pm: This workshop is for intermediate-level aerial students with little to no experience in Duo Trapeze. In this workshop we will explore static sequences and weight sharing tricks that should be accessible for all.
Intermediate/Advanced Workshop 5:00-6:30pm: This workshop is for intermediate to advanced level aerialists with more strength or a background in Duo Aerial partnering. Students should be able to do a couple of static pullovers and can wield more body control and strength. We will be introducing the basics and technique behind dynamic tricks, and building longer sequences featuring some popping elements.

HULA HOOP for Anybody with Any Body
Spin and twirl with one of the most popular circus apparatuses around. Hula hoop can combine dance, acrobatics, stamina, flexibility and -- most of all -- performance. Learn the basic elements or bring your act to the next level. * Open to all levels (no experience necessary).* Taught by Nata Ibragimov
CIRQUE LGBTQ+
Since originally opening in West Hollywood, Cirque School has been closely tied to the Los Angeles LGBTQ+ community. To celebrate, we're offering a one-day workshop for LGBTQ+ students and friends. Whether you’re a CrossFit addict, casual gym goer, or someone who hasn’t taken a class since junior high PE, Cirque School’s classes are meant to challenge students in a fun, non-judgmental environment. This is all about having a great time while meeting new people and challenging yourself physically and mentally.
All you need is a little faith in yourself, and a willingness to take a chance.
* No experience necessary.
* Work on trapeze, fabric, acrobatics & partner balancing.
* This event is for anybody with any body -- it's a day to meet new people and have fun!
